The GS-209 inner outer reaming tool allows you access to both the inside and outside of the tubing. One side of this sleeve style tool allows you to cut and smooth of the inside of the tubing while the other side focuses on the outside of the tubing.

This design protects the hands from the blades and bright color on the etched body makes it easy to find.
