HVAC Warranty
Definition:
1 year limited warranty on all HVAC equipment and 2 years on all HVAC hand tools. If product fails due to defects in material and workmanship and not improper application or use. This applies to the original purchaser (non-transferable) and Goss Inc. will, at its election, repair, replace, credit or make appropriate price adjustment where any product is found by inspection to be defective. Product should be taken back to point of sale with proof of purchase.

Limitation of Warranty:
It is understood and agreed that Goss Inc.'s liability, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty in negligence or otherwise shall not exceed the return of the amount of the purchase price paid by the original purchaser and under no circumstances shall Goss Inc. be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages. The price stated for the equipment is a consideration in limiting Goss Inc. liability. No action, regardless of form, arising out of the transactions under this Agreement may be brought by the purchaser more than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Goss Inc. is not responsible for shipping, labor, materials (refrigerant loss, etc..) due to warranty claim. Goss Inc. has the "Right to Refuse" or discontinue warranty if end user abuses or misuses warranty policy. (A photo or product return of damaged or broken tool may be required of Goss to approve credit or exchange.)
